Description: The finished "Charlotte" cap is a corrugated band made of polypropylene spunbond with a density of 12 g/m² ± 2 g/m² and elastic (latex thread braided with polyester).
The cap is fastened together using ultrasonic intermittent seam welding. The product fits perfectly on the head thanks to the durable elastic. The elastic around the edges is secured with ultrasonic soldering.
